Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid enrollments in AI Insights courses invoiced by us. Website pricing pages are informational; refunds relate to confirmed paid invoices only.

Eligibility & timeframe

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of invoice payment if you have completed less than twenty percent (20%) of graded modules and have not received a mentor critique appointment. Requests after day fourteen are assessed for partial refunds only.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds return the tuition portion of the invoice. Partial refunds after the eligibility window deduct a pro-rata amount for modules unlocked plus a fixed administrative fee of ₩120,000. Assurance Circle private cohorts may follow customized schedules stated in the statement of work.

Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled: third-party exam vouchers, printed materials already shipped, on-site travel booked at your request, and seats transferred to another learner at your instruction.

Refund process

Email info@ai-insights.digital with subject line “Refund request,” your invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and decide within ten business days after verifying progress logs.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fifteen business days of approval. Bank wire refunds may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.

Cancellation by AI Insights

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full tuition refund. We are not responsible for personal travel arranged independently.

Exceptions

Mandatory cooling-off rights under Korean consumer law, where applicable, prevail over conflicting parts of this policy. Documented medical emergencies may qualify for extended partial relief at our discretion.
